Dina splashing in my clean river

I had taken a lot of photos of bluebells again, but decided on this one.
Was hoping to do parkrun this morning but I think I've picked up whatever my sister had earlier this week. I was up twice in the night with cramps and diarrhea, so felt running wasn't a good idea.
I was due to meet my friend (who I normally meet for a walk and coffee at Cardinham) for a coffee after parkrun as she needed a chat. I messaged her my problem and not wanting her to catch it as she is going to a wedding next weekend as well as doing the flowers and the cake. She really wanted to chat so we met outside, didn't hug and kept our distance.
Had a doze when I got home, hoping I might miraculously feel better for tomorrow. It's the last canicross event and Dina and I are booked in to do 6k. I was a bit worried about the weather forecast as it might be a bit hot for Dina and he was happy for us to drop down to the 4k or even to run dogless??
I will see how I feel tomorrow
