Turning Heads

My main Blip is a shot from the hip snap using my phone. The lady in shocking pink suit turned a few heads as she walked through the market. I'm not sure if it was the suit or the dog she was walking that caught the eye of this hound.

In extras I have a couple of images taken at out Town Hall where local charities have stalls to promote their causes. As usual the Men's Shed was there selling our creations and generally promoting the benefits for both men and women who attend.

As I left I spotted two of my neighbours with a stall. I was unaware they have a family run charity raising funds to help eye tumour research and to aid cancer patients and their families. They set up Wendy's Wish in memory of their 38 year old daughter who died in 2017 from eye cancer. 

As they travelled the country seeking help for their daughter they realised how little funding and help was available for ocular melanoma research and treatment. They hope to change this and help those who can't get the assistance they need.
