In the pink

Didn’t get to bed until gone 1 this morning and alarm went off at seven so dosed for thirty minutes then up.
The early walk to get paper was still a bit chilly but later we walked into town and sat outside having a coffee, it was warming up. Farmers market on today and the police had a stall giving out card games and talking to kids, showing them around a police car and incident van.
Walking back the church yard looked lovely with all the fallen blossom.
Picked up Ruby, daughters dog, as she is saying with us overnight and walked her home, then took Hetty out. By which time it was lovely and warm. Hubby did more gardening. I have suggested we get someone to keep the hedges trimmed but he wants to continue for now.
Busy day and lots of walking so plan to put feet up and watch film tonight.
