Big kids visiting

Started off tail walking parkrun, celebrating my 50th volunteer and having a chat with my friend who running London tomorrow.
Then down to the harbour for momo lunch and Massimo’s ice cream on the way home.
Spent the afternoon in the garden chopping back the laurel hedge - another 2 wheelie bins filled and still barely makes any impact!
