Muuuuuuuuuuummmmmmm

Haha my welcome home from Tootsie this morning when I got back from my bike ride to my slimming group.
Had a bit of a mishap on the way there - my shoelace came undone and got tangled in the pedal and chain and of course I fell off
:-((
Of course the first thing I did was look round to see if anyone saw it…. :-))
Picked myself up, did up my shoelace and carried on. Not quite sure how I managed it but I fell off sideways but somehow managed to land on my backside and of course it didn’t seem too sore at first but now the bruising is coming out and there are a lot of tender spots…. Don’t think I’ll be cycling for a day or two
