Blackbird

I knew there was a blackbird high up in the ivy on this tree trunk, I could hear him rustling about in the leaves, then I could see him but when I tried to Blip him I couldn’t see him at all so I just blindly took a couple of photos.

Today I have had awful arthritis pain in hips and hands. A year ago when I had the swollen knee problem, the consultant on looking at my X-rays, said that for my age -70 - I had very little arthritis. I don’t know what happened between then and now.
I went walkies  with Frank and Bella this morning hoping I would loosen up a bit.  It didn’t really help much.
We went to the boat to collect some more stuff. Some went straight to Oxfam charity shop.
We had chips from Bizzie Lizzie’s then went to an art exhibition at Craven Arts studios. It was excellent, so much local talent.

Book and bedtime now, I’m two thirds of the way through Kelvyn’s book - Walking Out of the Dark (Blipper - intothehills) and after feeling very sad and angry in the first part, I have found myself smiling and feeling happy for Kelvyn, that he has finally found a way out of the terrible experiences he has lived through.
