King’s Lynn 0 Chester 3

With a home tie in the play-offs secured Chester made 10 changes for the trip to Kings Lynn and gave debuts to a young goalkeeper and centre half.

I wasn’t expecting a great deal against a team that really needed to win but Chester were fantastic and won convincingly 3-0.

Chester now face Buxton in the play off eliminator on Wednesday. Buxton were the last team to win at the Deva so it should be interesting.

At the end of the game the players and management team came over to thank the fans for their support
