Countdown
After an earlier than usual walk in the park, it was a rather stressful morning as we drove the ten or twelve miles to Witham to the vet who is issuing Rufus with his travel documents and giving him the final health check and all clear to go. Relieved that everything was fine, so my stress ball dispersed somewhat as we drove home on this fabulously warm sunny day.
Phew!
Maddy arrived back from her care work shift just after I got home from a quick Asda shop but before we started working on her uni project, she had a nap for an hour and I took Rufus for a lovely time in the park.
It's 11pm now and having completed her introduction a couple of hours ago, (which we celebrated with a microwaveable mac n' cheese), we've just finished creating her survey which she will send out to her selected sample group tomorrow. When I say 'we' - she does the work, I do the critical feedback, and proofreading until we are both satisfied. It's a great partnership.
