Drove over to Ch’s first thing this morning. Li arrived and we set off for Uttoxeter, collecting Jo en route. We were heading for the Festival of Quilts and Stitching . Had coffee when we arrived and then browsed all the numerous stalls sending fabric and all other types of accessories. We all bought something but no-one went mad! Had some lunch and then looked at all the exhibition quilts and embroidery. There were some stunning pieces. Most were a bit too traditional for my taste but I definitely appreciated the level of skill required. .
Got home just in time to feed the cats
