The On Ramp Crew

3rd ‘On Ramp’ session today with the subject being ‘Pulling’ – basically perfecting the technique to pick an olympic bar off the ground. We really enjoyed the session and when someone mentioned they would like a group photo I jumped at the chance to get one too!

You can see Jen and I on the right and our Coach, TC, next to Jen. He works us hard but always makes sure that our technique is perfect. Not only does it prevent injury it makes sure you get the most out!

10 Deadlifts
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
10 Butterfly Situps
David – 3 rounds @ 30kg
Jen – 3 rounds + 5 deadlifts @ 15kg
