Harbour 'Dunter'
Dull start to the day but the weather brightened up for our walk.
Lots of interest in the harbour when we passed. At least half a dozen gannets diving into the water after fish and a couple of seals too.
So lovely to see the gannets after the bird flu outbreak of 2022 when it was estimated that there had been 11,000 deaths recorded across Scotland. We haven't seen them this close in but it may be the result of the dredging of the harbour. Nice to see the dunters too enjoying the sunny afternoon.
Thank you everyone for visiting my holiday blips and for leaving stars very generous
