A turkey did this

We got up early to go to Knoebels amusement park, which opened today and had its annual opening-day event for coaster enthusiasts. We've been several times; it's one of our favorite parks.

But two hours into the three-hour drive, a turkey flew into my windshield, annihilating it, as you can see. We dealt with insurance being a hassle, a tow-truck driver who took us to the wrong rental location, and finally getting a rental car before deciding to go the rest of the way and enjoy the park. It was a nice cap on an absolutely wild day!
