The London Marathon

Ben did it!  Having taken up running just 18 months ago he completed the London Marathon in 3 hours 57 minutes.

Amazing indeed and we are super proud of him.

Since my job today was to hold up the motivational sign, jump up and down screaming wildly, and hand him a drink at mile 9, I was not on camera duty, so this is a selfie at the end.   He's still smiling!  After all that running.  Wow.

It was a truly thrilling and memorable day, and I loved it all.
