Could that be me?

It was my friend's 60th birthday bash and I decided to go and not tell her about my sister until after. You're only 60 once and she'd organised this months ago and was really looking forward to it.
It was easy to start with, to put everything to one side, but as the day wore on it got more difficult.
It was a brilliant day with lovely people but I hope to never be in that situation again.
