Drive It Day…

A change from our usual Sunday.

We joined D’s classic car club on this annual run, this time enjoying beautiful Kent countryside, travelling in convoy for much of the way there. The Riley did very well and there were lots of other beautiful cars.

I took this photo because it made me smile. I think this happens each club night.. the men stand around …talking cars…
There was one other female in the group today.

My extra, our friends’ daughter ran the London Marathon today, running for The British Heart Foundation and her late husband. We are very proud of her. We’ve heard it was a gruelling run in today’s warm weather.

I’ve back blipped several days although my journal is somewhat hit and miss lately.
