We attended a super concert this afternoon, given by the Dovecote Choir conducted by James Robertson, with a guest classical guitar duo. It took place in Fairmilehead church, which has some lovely stained glass windows including this, depicting Jesus the Light of the World. The coloured streaks come from a window high at the western end, appropriately affecting only this one.

A quick trip to Miss Flum's, with a WhatsApp video conversation with B en route, a cuddle with M from next door (see extra) was followed by a stop for shopping on our way home, so we're running late. Will catch up with you all tomorrow.

Oh, and there are now at least eight eggs in the bird box... .
