This piece of art is in the Main street of Matamata. a race horse breeding and training area about 30 minutes from where I live. 
The artist is Adrian Worsley. His sculptures are made from recycled, reused and reclaimed scrap materials. I can see some rose buds, I wonder if they were originally from an old domestic fire guard.
