Postcard from Christchurch

We had a walk around Mona Vale gardens this afternoon. The concussion OT said walking in the fresh air was good for Brain injuries.

I am not feeling great today as the bright light upset my vision. Just as well John was driving as I couldn't have driven home. I finding reading difficult at the moment. Which is a pity as it helps pass the time.

We had a lovely warm Autumns day with around 22c. From tomorrow it is going to get cold and very wet.
