Or at least a very good imitation. This was her birthday present from dad, a 2 hour cake bake and decoration in a tent set up to replicate that used in the great British bake off. She loved it and this will be one of those lasting childhood memories for her.

In other news, my hike with a 20lb rucksack went fine. Covered 9 km which was about 13,000 steps so a bit over the daily average I'll need to achieve in May to hit my goal of 280,000 - it was a confidence booster.
