Dandelion

In one word...ubiquitous!
The dandelion is probably my most favoured wild flower, mostly because it acts as a reminder.
I am a beekeeper, therefore the dandelion signifies the honey bee's first nectar flow of the year.
Also, the dandelion is used to make latex [ used greatly through world war  2

dandelion honey [bees] which I get as a beekeeper. Is simply divine
Dandelion salad leaves [ generated via forcing. Bitter but lovely esp with a walnut oil vinaigrette and mixed with toasted hazelnuts an fried cubes of pancetta and croutons.
Some of you will know I was a chef for twenty five years.
Lastly, the French word for Dandelion is "Pissenlit' translates to "wet. the bed"
