Thank you so much to everyone who stopped by yesterday and sprinkled kind words, stars and hearts on my rather obscure blip celebrating 13 years of posting pictures - one a day, every day. 

How could I have imagined, when I tentatively posted my first blip on the first of May 2012, that all these years later I would still be here and be part of a wonderful, supportive, friendly community. A community I did not even know existed when I first joined up. 

One of my very first blips was of a Blue Tit investigating one of our nest boxes and this morning I saw the same thing. Last year we had Sparrows nesting in this box, but it looks like Blue Tits are residing there this year. I was so pleased to see this. 

Meanwhile Gordon has arrived on Orkney - amazing to be able to find him there on my phone.
