Hampstead Heath

An afternoon birthday walk with the local lovelies and Hannah after an early morning walk with Paloma in the park and some planning with her for Dad's operation while Francis did his (3rd) Park run. 

Both walks were good but I was very tired by the end. Can't quite remember what happened in the evening but it was quiet. Dinner and bed I think.
