Recently I received an appointment letter from the NHS for August.
Today I received 3 letters from the NHS.
No. 1 cancelled my appointment for August.
No. 2 gave me another date for my appointment.
No. 3 cancelled that!
Unbelievable.  
I telephoned the number, which was the same on all the letters, to be told that this was not the correct number and was given another number.
Eventually I did manage to speak to a lady who sorted it out for me.
You couldn't make it up.
