Monday: Heading Home

Sadly just me heading home at the end of the day.  K is being kept in hospital for a second night as they’re struggling to keep her temperature down.

At one point today K’s temperature reached 40.2 and she was shivering so badly the whole bed was shaking.  She’s been on drips of both paracetamol and antibiotics throughout the day and her temperature is now down but it needs to stay down.

Luckily I can walk to the hospital so I’ve been back and forth a few times today. I so feel for K.  She’ll be very glad to get home.
