Pulsatilla

At last, the purple ones are showing their pretty faces, a little later than last year and I was beginning to give up hope. Another beautiful day, Mr HB mowed the lawns and afterwards regretted it as it totally wiped him out, but after a good rest for most of the afternoon he managed to stay awake for most of the evening.

Had a bit of a strenuous afternoon in the garden myself ending up repotting a large twisted Hazel into a much larger pot and manhandling it into a different spot in the garden. I can feel my back protesting already, I wonder how it will feel in the morning?
