The Twelth Green

Golf this evening, first round of the Singles knockout and I scratched out the win despite doing my best to lose. Example: that’s my ball after two good shots, so two putts from fifteen feet would win the hole and put me 4 up with 6 to play and pretty much home and dry. But no, I hit a horrible putt followed by an even worse putt and gave my opponent a confidence boost. Anyway, that’s all very typical and very boring so I’ll skip to the end: I holed a six foot putt to win at the last. Talk about getting your money’s worth!
By the way, the greens are every bit as bad as this one looks.
