Barn Owl

For me, an owl in the wild is nearly always going to push any other images aside. Any other day, my extra would have been my main blip. It is, however, my blip for my b&w journal. Taken in rapidly failing light at the end of a gorgeous day that felt like summer. Church this morning and then the family round to dinner (one chicken is no longer enough, as the grandchildren grow!), and time sitting enjoying the sunshine in the garden, watching the grandchildren play. My kind of Sunday :))
