Beach life

Not really, there was a day at my desk too but Emma and I went for a dip at lunch time. Bloody lovely it was. Then back after work to walk Rosie and sit and chat with Tracy and Emma.

Not really worth noting but I couldn't help it. The topless lady of about my age on the beach at midday was still there at 5pm. Fair play to her.
