Empty Seat

This morning I had a cuppa and scone with the church ladies at local cafe, 4 of us there today.  We had a nice chat, staying much longer than usual!!  The sun came out for one minute today, the minute that I was taking this photo!  The leaves are still looking golden, a very special time of the year.

I have been making more granny squares, have the fire going, so am snug and warm.
