Woke up at 2am and couldn’t get to sleep again for another hour and a half thinking about my appraisal yesterday so drafted and sent an email to my boss making a formal complaint about the scoring, not that it will do any good but made me feel better, also sent in an email about not being able to sleep so it’s on record. Worked from home after taking Kilda to the gardens, managed to phone up a trainer about doing some official trailing training for Darwin, and it seems interesting. No run after not getting much sleep last night so I managed to get some photos up in the music room.
