Chicken crossing the road…..?

An early outdoor cycle followed by coffee, toast and lashings of marmalade.

Then two trips to the second best municipal dump in the world (Kelso) and all of this before lunchtime!

This afternoon, I may faint in the heat for a couple of hours.
