More Fluffy Flowers

It was sunny outside.  All day.  Very pleasant.

The rest was just work.  Working with people who understand what we do is painless.  Having to explain things to people who really have no idea what we do and them having to explain to senior managers about the things they didn't understand is just a world of pain waiting to happen.

You can tell people this and they'll insist they understand everything - but they don't and because they don't listen (not something required by managers), they never will.
