China Town

Sorry another tulip blip.
This has just appeared in amongst some herbaceous perennials. I planted some a few years ago and just three come up every year.
I love the mix of colours.

What a beautiful day. 
I think best so far this year.
Great to walk down to Sit and Be Fit this morning with just a T-shirt on and no jacket.

Even had breakfast sat outside.
I put my Merlin app on as there were so many birds singing away. It recorded:
Blue tit
Goldfinch
Raven
Blackbird
Dunnock
House sparrow
Wren
Then two I’m sure were wrong.
Common Kingfisher and Ring necked pheasant.
Certainly don’t think we would get them round here even though there are farms round us and a stream not far away, but you never know!

Off to Leeds Bradford Airport in a couple of hours to pick up our friends who have been on holiday in Lanzarote. 
I know one topic of conversation which will come up between MrC and D straight away. Leeds United!!
