Tiddly om pom pom

Another emotional day going through photos of Emma to send to my brother-in-law. He sent me pictures that they plan to use in their celebration of her life but I wasn't prepared for the ones of when she was so ill and just before she died - it broke my heart. There was also a photo of Emma and my dad just before he died in the hospice, I don't know what to do with myself.
