Big Day Out (v8)

I met my cousin for lunch in Edinburgh today making a nice change from our occasional days out in Glasgow. No football was involved. 

We were half expecting his big sister to join us, and I was looking forward to getting two cousins for the price of one, but not this time. 

We had our lunch in The Doric - handy for him traveling by train and me by bus. The food was excellent. So was the Soave. Then we had a brief stop in the Halfway House on our ways back. 

As always, we had a fantastic chinwag plus I learned quite a lot about docking a boat on an ebb tide into the wind. I did not even have to get my feet wet. 

I am tired now. 

Edinburgh was looking nice, so I have Blipped it.
