We are paying Ben to paint the upstairs toilet. I think he’s kind of enjoying it.

Planned and delivered another successful spotlight at work, I feel like we are really starting to make a difference to how we run our CPD (I know these words will mean nothing to most of you but it’s for me). The trouble is it takes up too much of my brain space.
