After a long hot sleep today am now installed for nightshift 2.

Left photo is a screw spotted in my front tyre upon arriving at work...darn it! The only other time such a thing has happened was just over a year ago on Holz with Bestie. On that occasion the offending metal.was removed an d had thankfully not punctured the rear. On this occasion it's the front tyre....(yay, one each!)....and this one isn't punctured either so am glad about that.

Top right is a Bug on my helmet visor. A colleague mentioned last week how there must be fewer mini-beasts as his car windscreen doesn't collect any these days. I would rather not end any Bug Life but am encouraged by at least seeing some that they are still out there.

Bottom right is a Roe Deer spotted by youngest & other Mrs BB whilst out walking Shadow this evening. Apparently it was in the company of a small Catto which followed when it scampered away :-)
