I Want Outdoors

Mickey wasn't too keen to go outside much today as it has been very wet and cold. We reached around 11c.

I had acupuncture this morning. John the acupuncturist remember me. Said I was last there about five years ago. Said I look younger now. Probably since losing weight and having my long hair cut short. 

Last night I didn't sleep well because of the pain in my head from the concussion. Hopefully tonight will be better.
