Tuesday. More beautiful weather, and I hear it will get hotter over the coming week; it’s practically summer, until the next wave of storms hits, anyway. Dash & Gubs have exams every day: for Gabriel, it’s a 15-hour A-level Art exam over three days, producing the biggest painting he’s ever done. After the first day, he felt positive and told us he thought it was going well. For Dash, GCSE mocks all week, with two or three exam papers each day: Maths, English Language and RE today. Again, he came home feeling much better than on the way to school, and the dreaded cyclic quadrilaterals we’d spent hours revising over the weekend did not appear.
