Eggs

My daughter’s friend lives on a small holding. She bought a turkey and called it Trevor. Trevor is very affectionate and quite funny. Then one day Trevor laid an egg! He has expressed a desire to be gender fluid and has been renamed Treva. Their eggs are delicious and very yolky with quite a hard shell. I made an omelette with two Treva eggs this morning.
