Graham's pianola
We bought the pianola in 1992, after our dear friend Graham died. Graham loved pianolas, he restored them, and the walls in his house were full of pianola rolls. Evenings at their house inevitably turned into singalongs. So this was our memorial to Graham.
We paid $5000 for our pianola. Back then there was still some demand for them and this one was in first class condition.
Now there is no demand and you would be lucky to find someone who would take it away for nothing. We would love to keep it, but we simply don’t have the room. So we are trying to think of ways to find a home for it, one where it will be loved and its 100 year history respected.
