Dovecote

Bright, sunny and distinctly warm. For once it felt warmer than the temperature would suggest. Normally it is the other way round.

I stopped at Crathes Castle where I had a walk around the walled garden. The photograph shows the dovecote in the bottom corner of the garden. No doves in residence now, probably not even any pigeons.

The car park was surprisingly busy for a weekday, and there were quite a few visitors in the garden, as well as several gardeners.
