What a day

Started at 6:30, quick breakfast and round to daughters for nursery run. He was his usual chatty self over breakfast and on his scooter to nursery.
Run was hot and first time I have worn shorts in April.
Did a bit of gardening, which I am not keen on but wanted to get all the seating out and patio at back cleaned.
Back to daughters to walk her dog. Waited until the day cooled a bit before taking Hetty out but just as we were leaving daughter called to say she was stuck in traffic and needed me to pick up the little one, so hubby took Hetty and I headed off to nursery. We went to the park on the way home and still got back before his mum.
Hoping for a less busy day with fewer steps tomorrow as walked/run 21.5k today.
The unwelcome visitor was taking twigs from the hedge hubby has been working on.
