Cutting the grass

Our new gardener is taking his work very seriously. The grass needed cutting and there is a lot of it!  But he has made a lovely job of cutting every part of the garden. And sadly not many daisies are left.  My job today was spraying the weeds on the paths!  Let's hope they stay away.

Jack and I sat outside with our gin and tonics in the evening.  Lovely!
