Echoes of the Kids
Woke to rain (25mm today), grey skies and cold, so Mike lit the wood burner - very strange weather. Looking out the door, the flowers in Sharish Gin's Director's Cut bottle that Allegra liked to arrange, and the stick that Zion was never without (see extra, at Alcochete). Anyway, the washing got an extra rinse in clean rainwater.
Thankfully, cleared up this afternoon, and the world was alight with beauty, wish I could show you all the photos I took on the Lula walk.
Gratefuls:
- a freezer drawer full of organic lamb raised on our grass, thanks to Jaime, and Mike's butchering
- lively Cigano music, wafting up from their church, below our Land
- good catch-up with Paul tonight
And, here, a beautiful article, on How can we say that the world is good?
