Sunny day on The Meadows

It was a beautifully warm and sunny day today, most of which I unfortunately spent in the office. I had an dentist appointment at the end of the working day, so left work early. My dentist is by The Meadows, which was packed full of people (mainly students) enjoying the sunshine. I was somewhat jealous but did have a nice stroll through the Meadows after my appointment.

In the evening I went over to my friend's house for dinner and put church Connect group. Then, on the way home I came across a hedgehog in the middle of the pavement, just a few doors down from my house! I looked at it for a while before it ran away into a garden. What a lovely surprise! And I'm really pleased to know there are hedgehogs in the neighborhood.
