Another day in Edinburgh

Another lovely day in Edinburgh. The warmest day so far - in the mid twenties!
After a great breakfast we did some shopping and exploring, in particular around George Street (the photo is the from the glass dome in the North Bridge Arcade). We met up with a friend for lunch before heading to the Grange to meet another friend for coffee.
Then we went back to the hotel to get ready for the main reason for our Edinburgh trip, the Veterans' Awards evening at the Prestonfield Hotel. An evening of celebrating the individuals and organisations that help and support ex-military personnel.
