Autumn floods

Christchurch is part of a major weather event today.  It's raining here, but snowing in some parts and windy in other parts of New Zealand.  Over 130mm has collected in our rain gauge since yesterday, and it's still raining.  The photo shows the very swollen Halswell River, in autumn mode.
