Rule of thumb

Back at the handtherapist for new tape and a new brace for my wrist and thumb.

It’s the same therapist Bas had 6 years ago.
She remembered every detail. Amazing.

Anyway, I now have a new brace that should reposition my joint and relax all the tiny muscles and tendons around it.
Fingers crossed (I can do that) and hoping it helps.
