Golden hour

Morning all, 

Early blip, potentially extremely busy day.... ships in, demands in, ships out, engineers want repairs done always on busiest days and I'm having coffee....maybe even venture to my locker and recover a biscuit or 3 whilst the day develops and prioritise... biccies first !!
